Because we have a huge library of properties that we have previously insured, we can provide your sellers with a reissue credit (lower title premium). Regardless of whether the prior title policy was a lender's policy or an owner's policy, our customers realize a savings on title premiums on policies that are reissued or refinanced, in accordance with the rates approved by the Insurance Commissioner's office. But most of all, we are proud to go the extra mile, when necessary, such as with Kendric Whisler, or assisting with Boundary Line Agreements, or with obtaining name and descriptions to obtain easements, etc. etc. to help facilitate the sale.
